I would recommend doing this after hours. If encryption
between MSMQ (LCS server to archive box) fails, it may
cause your LCS service to stop. This setting is
configurable in the archiving portion of the GUI.
If you do it during the day, it might be advisable to
notify the user community just in case the service stops
and they receive messages regarding their IM was not able
to be delivered to user x.
