hello I have an existing win2k domain controller it is my only domain controller and does all orles and does not replicate to antohing else. I have a new win 2k3 server I would like it to be the new Domain controller

I am not sure which utility I run in what order to effectivly move /migrate everything off the old , to the new server and then have this box be the new domain controller
