Does anyone know what to do for followings on index&Job server?

Source:SPS 2003 SP2

Faulting application mssdmn.exe, version 11.0.8126.31, stamp 4580cf71, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.

This sometimes happens during SPS back up running.
