WWW Publishing Service shutting down intermitently |

The WWW Pub service on my SBS03 box is shutting itself down 1-2 times per day. Nothing in the logs indicates why...no events before the shutdown indicate anything clearly causing it. The service starts fine.
On a side note, but maybe relevant, if I right click IIS in the services list and chose all taks/restart IIS, then from the drop down, chose restart IIS, the services all shutdown ok, but fail to restart. I have to restart them directly.
Any thoughts?
