After clicking send, it takes a couple minutes to send and a pop up comes up
saying there was an error and cannot find the sending server.

please post your question to a more appropriate newsgroup,
such as Outlook or Outlook Express. This one is dedicated
to Office Live Communications Server.

Please include more details on your issue when posting
there, such as whether you are in an Exchange Server
environment, POP or IMAP mailbox, etc.
