I'm having trouble in moving the RID role in my domain..,,

i've read some of the forum that close to my problem, and most of them told that i must use LookupDomainnfo.exe provided by microsoft, the problem is everytime i executed the program it says "program too big to fit memory", Just for information i have 8 DC, and all FSMO role (except RID) is held by one Primary DC, and the server that holds RID role is heavily damage and wont start again

My question is..:

1. is it correct that the file size is only 2KB (LookupDomainnfo.exe)
if i download the wrong file, please kindly tell me where must i find the right one..?

2. how to use it..,,?
i type the syntax "C:\LookupDomainnfo.exe SVRKRGPDC.PLNLPG.CO.ID"
did i type it right..?? if i'm wrong please kindly tell me the right syntax..

3. if i build n configure a new server similiar to the previous RID role with the same host name, will it bring back the RID role in Primary DC to live again..?? if it doesnt work what must i do..??

Any comment will be highly appriciated.., Thanks in Advance

Regards
