After, when performing the "Prep Schema" set of installtion, it starts off with "Upload Schema", then the activity bar trundles along for a few moments, then fails.

Here's the log:

[0x8007200E] The directory service is busy.


I've looked in all the usual places for a solution and can't figure it out. I'm no expert at AD, and my Event logs show nothing out of the ordinary.

Problem's been sorted.

I had a DC that wasn't properly removed from the AD, since "cleanly" removing it LCS installed fine.
