I know it is not a virus on the system because the only internet connection is dialup and it is for support purposes only. I have fixed this issue before by registering teh msxml3.dll, but this time that did not work.
This error occurs on a regular basis but not a give time. Any ideas on how to solve this issue would be great. I have searched the web and found some ideas to try but they do not look too promising.
