Hi All,

I have the following problem. Please suggest ways to get round this.

I have built a custom Windows Services (c#). This Service runs as Local Service, i.e. under a user account.

The idea is to scan a directory for any new files that appear at a preset time interval.

The service works fine in Windows 2000. In Windows 2003 it is unable to detect a Network Drive (Mapped as drive using Windows explorer).

What hampers this doing it? ( I have a feeling this is a Security related issue!)

We are about to go into integration testing and the testers are waiting expectently for the System. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Minhaj
