Web Access Error: Cannot send messages to online users |
|
|
Hello everyone,
I found a problem when I want to establish a chat using the Microsoft
Office Communicator Web Access.
I can successfully login in the Communicator Web Access and I can see
all the users in ONLINE state but when I send a message to any of these
user appears this error:
"The following message could not be delivered to all recipients,
possibly because one or more persons are offline:"
Using the standard Microsoft Office Communicator Client everything
works fine, the problem it's only with de Communicator Web Access.
I have 2 lan adapters so I tried to disable one of them as I read in
other's user message, but it doesn't work. I also applied the
CWA-KB915066 patch with same result
I think that the certificates are well configured, I've done the
following:
- The name of the server is server1.hq.domain.com, so I issued a
certificate named "server1.hq.domain.com" for the MTLS configuration
(only for internal use).
- For remote access using communicator web access I use the url
https://communicator.domain.com so I issued another certificate named
"communicator.domain.com" for the configuration of the IIS ssl
connection.
I used de LCDiag Resource Kit tool with no errors.
Any help please???
Thanks in advance. |
