I have a Windows 2003 server that I just promoted to a DC in a new domain.

Now, in the builtin OU I have a "Domain Administrators" group instead of "Server Operators" and the description next to it says "Proxy for account on domain controller". In the users OU, I have the normal "Domain Admins" group. Any idea whats going on here?
