Event ID 10 errors after installing Intel Server Manager |

After installing Intel Server Manager I receive the following error in the application log 4-6 times every 10-15 minutes. Cant find much information anywhere else so any information would be much appreciated.
Please note the Server is running SP1 for SBS2003 and SP2 for Exchange. It has all patches applied. I also called Microsoft Support in relation to the available patch when you attempt to apply it stops and reports there are already a newer version installed.
