Hi guys,
We have numerous problems with remote users that are unable to log in to windows messenger over VPN, either via TCP or TLS, to our LCS 2005 sp1 platform. Have checked that ports 5060 and 5061 connectivity and that DNS resolution is ok for the pool name, enabled RTC logging on the clients whoch doesn't shed any light (to me!) and even installed the LCS Reskit on users pc to use the diagnostic client - diagnostic client gives a success!
When the users try and sign in to messenger it sits there for 10 seconds and then goes back to the normal 'sign in' window, with no error message.
I'm fast running out of ideas - can anyone help? |
