GPO errors on my exchange server |

I am getting these 2 errors on my exchange server. I am also getting errors on some users laptops that say
"windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (the specific domain either does not eist or could not be contacted.) Funny thing is the machines that get this error in the event log are crashing MSword all the time. related?
Network is Server 03, Exhange is Exchange 03 with sp2, desktops Win xp Pro
