Okay everybody here is my question: I have a Windows 2003 Server (DSL conne
ction) and thin-client workstations. I have active directory set up with a
domain and user logins. How do I restrict Internet access to certain users?

If you want to do it by user and not require a seperate log in screen, you will need ISA Server. Otherwise you could limit by IP address.
