AP setup with CA Certification |

I currently have LCS 2005 with sp1 installed on my local network and it works fine. I'm looking to go to the next step. I would like to have my remote users from on the road or home be able to access the lcs server. I get the AP deployment part, MY question is, do I need to have another server just for CA Certification? Our operation is very small and there is no need for this excess over heads. If the answer is no, where can I obtain this CA Certification?
