I am joining a new organization this week who has a larger network than what
I am used to. What is the easiest and fastest way to find out information
about a network such as DCs, FSMO role holders, DNS server, etc..? I know I
can use netdiag and nltest. What are some other good one to use?

There is a tool called Active Directory Topology Diagrammer (or ADMap) that
you'll most likely find handy.
