Hi,
I understand that MS Application Center provideds the features for NLB and
CLB. Then what is MS Clustering service? Does it come as a part of APP Center
or it comes with Windows Server 2000? What is the cost involved in using both
of them? How do I choose which to use when? Can I use MS Clustering Service
for Web applications clustering?
Also just wondering, how do I cluster my IIS which is hosting .Net Remoting
components?
Please help me.
Thanks in advance...

Microsoft provides three different clustering solutions:

Application Center is for application (e.g., COM+) load balancing
NLB is for IP load balancing
Microsoft Cluster Service is for application/resource failover in a server
cluster

App Center is a separate application. For Web application load balancing,
you would use NLB (unless you have a COM+-based application, in which case
App Center would be better).

A server cluster would be for SQL, Exchange, etc.

Hope this helps.
