I am trying to install agents on a machine that is NOT registered in
DNS and is not part of an AD infrastructure that we have a trust
relationship with. There are no port block problems, but the machines
do not share a common name resolution setup, and can only talk to each
other over straight IP. Obviously you can use a host or lmhost file to
do name resolution, but when I try to push out an agent, I get the;

message.

My question is two parts, what permissions are required to push an
agent out, and, given no common AD infrastructure, or name resolution
methods, can I even push an agent out to another machine? If so,
what's the best way to do this?

Thank you
