Yes, that's the beauty of RPC over HTTP -- you can use it both when conected
internally to the network, or when remote. When you configure it, it asks
you how you want it to connect when attached to a fast LAN network vs a slow
remote network.
As far as actually configuring your laptops for RPC over HTTP, the sBS dev
team has made it very easy! Simple open up IE and go to
https://servername/remote and logon. After you do, look for the link on
setting up Outlook over the Internet. This will display a custokmized set of
istructions for you to follow. If you follow the instructions to a "T", you
will have your laptops set up in no time at all!
