Replicate from different locations |

Hi all,
I have 4 SharePoint Portal in different locations with out connection, I
cant see those Servers, each server is a different network in different
building and different domain.
I need to have another server into another building with information from
those SharePoint Portal and I don’t want to load it again.
Any one know how can I replicate those portals in my new Server o how can
I replicate some information to put it in my new Server?
