Error occurred while accessing the Business Desk |

I have installed CS 2002 Enterprise Edition in Windows 2003 Server.
When I start the setup for CS 2002 I see a message:
'Commerce Server 2002 has a known compatibility issue with this version of
Windows and might not run as expected. For more information, contact
Microsoft.'
Inspite of the message, I continue to install CS 2002 Enterprise Edition.
I have installed all the prerequisites softwares for CS following CS
installation guide.
After successful installation, I installed SP3 for CS and FP1 for CS.
After installation I have performed the steps as given in installation guide.
I have given login permissions to List Manager,Direct Mailer etc. services .
Then I created a CS application.But when I try to start the Bizdesk for the
application,a login promt appears.I give the user name and password as given
in the list manager service logon.But logon fails and I get the error message:
'An error occurred while accessing the Business Desk. Contact your system
administrator'
Please suggest any solution as soon as possible. |
