I have a request - "Can I give ALL users READ-ONLY access to my calender
don't want things updated / added but the others need to know my schedule"

How can I set this up for the user??

Yes, right click on the calendar, go to properties, click on the permissions
tab, add the users you want to have access and clcik the radio button at the
bottom that ways read items.

If you want everyone to have the access, you can just change the permission
for Default from None to Reviewer.
