I have one user that visits our site once a month. He can attach to the
network and use the internet. Occasionally he needs to print to our
printers. How can I connect him to a printer while not being a member of our
domain? Thanks

If the Printers have their own Print server, then have him just print to it
directly and by pass the server.
if they don't you can buy them they are under $100 now

had to comment on this.

Yes, if you use an IP capable printer and he prints directly to it then
you're OK. If he wishes to access a printer shared from the SBS he is
accessing an SBS resource and therefore in need of a CAL.
