I have an SBS2K3 domain with an addictional DC.
I want to enable logon locally on the addictional domain controller for a
user that isn't a domain admin.

What i have to do?

Logon to that server and add that domain user to the local admin group of
that server

I don't want to add this user to the local admin group of that server.
Any other solution?

well then you will have add that domain user account as a local account on
that server and then go into the local security policy of that server, and
give it logon locally rights

But why would you have a user logon locally to a server who is not an
admin...please tell me you are not using the server as a workstation as
well!

the best way that using VPN connection on your SBS and after
VPN connection is established you are running RDP console to
log locally using IP of you additionnal DC with the local account.
Normally it works fine. If you are using ISA 2004 on you SBS don't
forget to let passtrought (it is not secure) RDP protocol on VPN
protocol you are using.
