Hi,
I bought a new win2k+3 license from our vendor but for
some reason the license key will arrive only next week. Since
I was in a hurry I had to install win2k+3 on a
server of ours and I had to use a
"wrong" (already used and activated) license key. I patched
the o.s. at sp1 and I installed sql2k (I read sysprep
is not compatible with it, isnt'it?) and other third party
sotware as well. Clearly I still have to run windows activation
on the system.
My question is: how can I "reset" the license key in
order to be able to enter the new one without
reinstalling the server?
TIA!
bye,
PiErre
