Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any "watch out" for advice when attempting to
seize FSMO roles. I am going to use the ntdsutil to do it....Any
advice/information would be greatly appreciated.

seizing FSMO roles is rather easy using ntdsutil. Follow these steps
and you shouldnt have any problems.
