I run a Windows 2000 domain with mostly XP workstations and a few Win2k pro
workstations. My default domain policy specifies a proxy server. If a Win XP
user changes the proxy setting within IE, (they usually do this when
travelling) the setting will be restored when they next login to the network.
Win2k users are usually not picking up the settings again even if I run
secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy /enforce. The GPOTOOL and GPRESULT show
all is well. Any advice would be appreciated.
