Hello,
I have a document library setup. Within that library, I have custom colums
created. For example, when a user uploads a document, they have to choose a
status which includes Final, Draft, or Pending Review. I created a custom
view within that library to display only those documents that are labeled
Pending Review.
What I would like to accomplish is have a email be sent using alerts
whenever a user submits a document that its status is Pending Review. I tried
creating an alert on the view that shows only the pending review docs but
that is not possible. It will report on the whole library.
Any Suggestions? |
