How can I get my hands on Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals. I have
been looking for it on the Microsoft website but cannot find a download only
articles on it.

It seems to have been withdrawn.

I knew it was listed here

but the link there no longer works.

The Business Scorecards Accelerator link there doesn't work either so maybe
they have withdrawn all the accelerators just not got round to removing the
documentation yet.
