Is there a way to modify the Title Bar for a certain web part?

I want to keep the title bar viewable so I can have a text heading, but I
don't want users to be able to click the title bar link and have the ability
to add items to a list.

When I go and modify the web part and go to advanced I see the Detail link.
I can go in and delete the link and it seems fine until I go to modify
another web part. Then the link comes back.

Is there any way to keep this link from coming back so users can't get into
this list and add items? I could just take the whole title bar away but I
want some kind of heading to keep my webparts separated.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
