Recycle bin for SPS2003?

Does anyone know about the possibility of restoring single documents(ie
undelete action) within SPS areas?,

I know this funtionality can work for WSS but not for SPS to this
moment,

It is crucial that we avoid restoring from tape each time a user
accidentally deletes a certain document/item.

Todd Bleekers Free Recycle Bin works in areas I believe www.mindsharp.com ,
you just have to register and download it for free.
