Hello,

Based on your information, it seems that the user does not get the profile.
To narrow down this issue, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure the user has full control permissions on the profile folder on
the network share. You can also try use UNC path \\<server>\<share> to
check if they can be accessed manually.
2. On the client, click Start - Run, type gpedit.msc. Locate Computer
Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights
Assignment\, double click the Bypass traverse checking policy and add
everyone in this policy. Restart the client.
3. On the DC, open the Default Domain controller policy and locate the
Bypass traverse checking policy to make sure that everyone group is listed.
Run "secedit /refreshpolicy Machine_policy /enforce" to refresh the policy.
4. Then check if this issue recurs on the client.

If this issue persists, please tell me the detailed information about what
path you set Active Directory users and Computers. In addition, download
and run MPSRPT_DirSvc.EXE from the link below and run it to collect the MPS
report and send it to me at :< v-adapan@microsoft.com > for further
troubleshooting:
