A client has reported that their users couldn't see the contents of folders
in WSS document libraries, when using Windows Explorer to navigate more than
three levels deep into a folder structure. In other words, they could see
files in folders in the roort of a library, and down into the folder
hierarchy, up to two levels deep. When navigating deeper into the structure,
they could see subfolders, but not any files.

They reported that by increasing user's rights from "View, Insert, Edit,
Delete" to View, Insert, Edit, Delete, Change List Settings", the users
could now see files at any level in the folder hierarchy.

Has anyone seen a problem like this? I have searched the MS knowledge base,
butr did not find any relevant article.

Wow. That's a new one.

I haven't heard anything about that, and it surprised the other guys
that I talked to, also.
