Does anybody knows what this means? Any help in pointing me into the right
direction would be a big help.

Date: 11/9/2005
Time: 7:58:32 AM

Computer: DC
Description:
The ntdsConnection object CN=DC,CN=NTDS
Settings,CN=DC,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=blair,DC=edu
dictates that the local server should replicate from itself. This is not a
valid configuration and will be ignored. Please use the Active Directory
Sites and Services Manager to modify or delete this object.

Just remove the one in the right pane. There is no need for it.

It sounds like you have defined a replication connector in sites and service
to replicate to itself.

Start up the mmc console for ad sites and services
Select Sites
Select the site where this dc resides (Default first site?)
Select servers
Select the server in question
Select the NTDS settings
