Link a Documento from one library to another |

Hi all,
I have a question, I have some documents in a library from other area, and
others in another site, and I want to have a resume library for Managers with
links to those documents.
How can I do this?
I don’t want to load again the documents into resume library.

I would consider creating a "resumes" area that only Managers have access
to. Then you can use the Submit to Portal option for each documen that you
want to appear in the resumes area.
You can also look into a third party solution, such as the CorasWorks
roll-up webparts. You could then add a "resume" column to each document
library, and use the roll-up webpart to display any document marked as a
resume.
