Hi,
How can I move or copy an entire document library from one site to another ?
(not the documents woth the explorer : the entire library with it's content)

Depends on the size of the doc libs. Smaller than 10MB use Save List as
Template with content and then in the new site add a document library using
that template. (Then delete the original one).
