I cannot manage the certificates in Certificat Services. I get the message
Access Denied. 0x80070005 (WIN32: 5)

Are you logging on with an account that is assigned the Issue and Manage

Certificates permission (assigned at the CA)?
This is the required permissions at the CA to manage certificates.

Yes, I am. It used to work fine. I do get a DCOM error which I'm not sure
it's related. It's CLSID D99E6E-73-FC88-11D)-B498-00A0C90312F3. Info from
registry: English_UK Stemmer. Infosoft.dll.
