Search Problem with SharePoint Portal Server 2001 |

Hi all,
We have the Share Point Portal Server 2001. I've got a problem with the
Update. If I search, I get old Files or Files, which doesn't exist. When
I want to start a Full Update, I become follow log:
Time: 08.11.2005 22:00:04 Type: Document Added
Message: Error fetching URL, (8007052e - Logon failure: unknown user
name or bad password. )
URL: \\testServer\Groups\TW\Software\Modules

The scheduled Task is running as the domainadministrator and the
password is really true.
What can I do?
