Agents Disappeared from MOM Reports |

Greetings,
We saw about 600 of our 630 agents disappear from two MOM reports:
Agent Configuration and Management Group Agents. We believe that the
agents disappeared from these reports because they no longer seem to
have a value for the Management Group attribute, as opposed to the few
agents that are still listed in the reports. These disappeared agents
do appear in other MOM reports and also appear as expected in the
Administrator and Operator consoles. Has anyone seen this type of
behavior before where the Management Group attribute disappears from
agents? This has happened multiple times for this customer - they lose
all of their agents from the reports and the agents slowly build back
until they all appear in the reports again, and then after a few days
or weeks they disappear again.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated. PSS seems stumped on this
one.
