Hello,

I have a user created in Active Directory that I would like to use to
update the information of our employees from a web based application.
The information I am looking falls into the Personal Information
property set. The items I am updating are phone, fax ,etc. I would
like to use a generic user account to perform the updates for any
individual. Do you know what rights I need to assign to this generic
user to accomplish this?

Grant the user the write permission to the personal information property set
at the domain level.
