There is no web named error |

anyone knows what this message means? :
Portal creation job exception. (status=PortalAdminJobStatusFailed)

Hi Bert,
You probably don't want to hear this but I was getting the same error on a
test server...ended up having to re-install SharePoint to overcome it. Found
very little info on it.
