When one of our user's sends out meeting requests on behalf of someone, the
person who accepts the request gets an undeliverable back afterward from a
different AD account. Each time the AD account is one that used to have a
mailbox but it has been deleted and the account is now disabled. We saw in
messaging center that the response to the invite is not only going to the
user, but also to ADCDisabledMail. We realize by using ASCIedit.msc we can
clear this from all disabled users to <NotSet>, but why is this happening
when she sends out things? She is the only one in our E2K environment that
this is happening (2000+ users) |

My guess is that someone has the deleted account listed on their delegates
tab in Outlook. That doesn't get removed when accounts are deleted, rather
it has to be manually removed. Have all the users involved in the meeting
request check their Outlook options to see if they have that deleted user as
a delegate. This is by far the most common cause.
