Best method for rolling out remote assistance |
|
|
I have a Windows Server 2003 domain, with Windows XP clients.
I'd like the easiest, quickest way to give me the ability to help desktop
users if I am away from the office.
Currently, I have them go through the netmeeting setup to enable remote
desktop sharing. It is time consuming and just not the ideal way to do it.
I checked out XP's remote assistance, but I don't want users to have to send
me an e-mail to get it to work.
I also checked out NetMeeting's administration kit. This looks good, except
for the fact that I don't see anywhere to automatically configure remote
desktop sharing.
Does anybody have any advice on how I can achieve my goal through a GPO or
some other centralized, simple way?
Thanks
