Can anyone point me in a direction where I may be able to find some
instructions to set up MOM so that it extracts alerts into RMS.

I have RMS set up for Auto Polling a specific directory for alert text files
but I need to know:

A) How to get MOM to export the alerts into text files
B) How to format the export of the alerts correctly so that it fits in with
the RMS fields.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Jason,

A number of options exits:

You could create a response script that runs when certain alerts occur. The
response script then writes the text file. Or you could create a normal
script that extracts new alerts and place them in a text file.

Either way: get the MOM sdk ;)
