We have a new install of SharePoint Portal Server. I am attempting to create
a new site.

When I get to the "Add Link to Site" page of the creation process and try
to click OK or Cancel, the buttons become disabled and the page just sits
there.

There is an IE error generated stating " 'WebForm_PostBackOptions' is
undefined "
Anyone have any ideas?
