401 Unauthorized when running IM Diagnostic Client |

I tried running the diagnostic tool that came with LCS. Mosts tests seemed
good.
One suspicious thing is that when I tried "IM Diagnostic Client - Running
the enhanced IM client in order to determine the possible issues in your
deployment" it does this:
Signin configuration
Connected to server
Request: REGISTER (send)
Response 401 Unauthorized
Request: REGISTER (send)
Response 401 Unauthorized
Request: REGISTER (send)
Response 200 OK
Signed in OK
Any ideas? 401s make me think there's a web service/permissions issue of
sorts?
