cannot save a document or browser folder |

I have a problem with sharepoint 2.0 sp2
we are working on a terminal server, every user can open, modify, and save
documents in our sharepoint "web folder"...
BUT one user can open, but cannot save... and when we do "save as..." the
file dialog opens "my documents" instead of
"http://ourserver/pathofdocumentlibrary".
it seems that this server cannot browse the document folder. if in any
Office Application (office2003) I type http://ourserver/ instead of listing
the content of the sharepoint, it opens the html page of the server for
edition ???
Please help us to find a solution... we are going nuts here...
