Hi

I have edited my home page in Visual Studio (added a custom banner and
navigation bar). Now I can't edit the page. If I browse the page and
click 'edit page' nothing happens. On all the other area pages in the
site when I click edit the 'Modify Shared Page' link appears in the top
right of the screen. What's happened?

Is it because I am using VS.NET and not Front Page to edit the file? I
have created the whole site from scratch and th emoment I make any
change to the default.aspx page for the home area I get the same
problem. I am hoping that the home area can be modified without having
to change the default template as I can't do this for all the instances
of sharepoint we have running.
