soldier, get down to legal aid and have a chat with
them. this ain't the time or the place for this kind of
post.
if you have been discharged medically and these are
civilian docs, find another doctor. as for the legality
and what to do, only a lawyer can advise you.
if you are still in the Army, pending medical discharge...
remember that military docs are officers and civilian
contractor docs are treated at similar levels as military
docs. you have a medical file that will follow you
around for life and doctors are buddy buddy club members.
do not piss them off.
if you don't like what one pcp is doing, find another pcp
and be nice about it. do it the Army way and keep
rattling different chains until one jingles like you want
to hear. talk to your chain of command and see what they
can do.
your spinal injury and the way that you are being treated
is really crummy. it is sad that this happened and all
they can do is give you pain pills and not give you a
surgery or something that will benefit you, which is
probably what the neurologist will recommend.
if it gets bad, see legal aid and talk to your chain of
command and get permission to move up the chain.
as for school, take some english lessons. that will help
you write and present a better case. you need to
concentrate, not consecrate.
